Rafael Mejía

PARALEGAL
My professional experience began as a judicial assistant in civil and labor proceedings. I later worked as a paralegal, where my expertise focused on personal injury law, participating in the development, analysis, and strategic preparation of complex, high-value cases. I find my true purpose in Criminal Law, with litigation as its foremost expression. I have complemented my education with studies and certifications in interrogation techniques, cross-examination, and asset forfeiture law.
I am characterized by a rational, objective, and rigorous perspective, with a strong inclination toward strategic analysis. My native language is Spanish, my English proficiency is native-level, and I am currently pursuing certification in German as my third language.
My purpose is to build a career defined by intellectual solidity, integrity, and an authentic understanding of what lies behind every conflict.
